Designed for Easy Installation and Use
WeatherHawk™ 232 Weather Station comes fully assembled, so within minutes you can begin monitoring weather information. All components are tested and calibrated before assembly so you don’ t have to do it! For use, simply install the included software on your PC; then take the unit out of its box, plug in the Solar Panel ( sold separately) , place it in the desired location ( on a post or tripod) and turn it on. It doesn’ t get any easier than this!
WeatherHawk™ 232 Weather Station is RS-232 hard-wired. Includes sensors for air temperature, relative humidity, barometric pressure, rainfall, solar radiation, wind direction and wind speed.
The sensors are contained in a protective case that also houses the on-board microprocessor, rechargeable battery pack and spread spectrum radio transceiver. An internal datalogger records up to 3 wk. of hourly data. The battery is recharged using the AC Converter or the 5W Solar Panel Kit, both sold separately.
